Mohit Arya & Partners is an architecture and urbanism practice founded by Mohit Arya.
The practice works across architecture, urban research, spatial analysis, masterplanning and environmental performance, with a particular interest in the relationship between buildings, infrastructure, landscape and cities.
Mohit's background spans architecture, urban systems and international sustainability consulting. This allows the practice to approach projects at multiple scales — from an individual building and its site to larger urban systems.
Mohit Arya

Mohit is a registered architect with the Council of Architecture, India, and holds an M.Tech in Urban Systems from IIT Bombay, where he graduated as Institute Medalist and department rank 1. He trained as an architect at the School of Planning and Architecture, Bhopal, and now splits his practice between Dehradun and Dubai. His work moves between building design and urban research — from a net-zero student residence that placed second worldwide at the U.S. Solar Decathlon, to research on Mumbai's railway stations and climate resilience planning in Kutch.

Because we believe that architecture and urbanism are built in layers, our practice relies on a fluid network of collaboration. The "Partners" in MA&P are not traditional corporate directors; they are the multidisciplinary experts — structural engineers, ecologists, urban policy researchers, and local master craftsmen — whom we bring together to realize complex, contextual work. We treat design as a shared act of translation across these disciplines to bring deeply resolved spaces to life.
